Rewards App
Rewards programs play a crucial role in retaining customers and fostering brand loyalty. I played a key role in the creation and launch of D&B's Loyalty program in 2021 as well as the on-going evolution of the app with new additions that enhance the guest's engagement; offering new Sports Watching & Betting features, in-store reservations and Marketing pushes.
For this cross-functional project, I worked directly with the internal technology team as well as Marketing's own Loyalty Team to provide a comprehensive design strategy that aligned with our brand standards and to craft the look and feel. For Marketing I created print materials, and motion graphics for a loyalty program that drives participation and engagement. I also worked directly with our development team on aspects of the user experience and crafted bespoke icons for sports watching, challenge badges and assets for the Apple and Google App Stores as well as ongoing campaign integrations and on-going updates.
